You can hard reset your Sony Xperia Z to restore the factory default settings. It is recommended to backup all your important data before performing the hard reset procedures. To hard reset your Sony Xperia Z:




  • On your Home screen, tap Apps.

  • Go to Settings, and select Backup & reset.

  • Tap on Factory data reset.

  • Then Reset phone.

  • Confirm by tapping Erase everything.
