• Press left ALT + right SHIFT aA + DEL
• BlackBerry OS 6.1
• BlackBerry OS 7.0
• Reset your smartphone
• Remove and reinsert the battery.

Format device storage

1. On the Home screen or in a folder, click the Options icon. 
2. Click Device > Storage. 
3. Press the BB Menu key (Left from center navi key) > Format. 
4. Complete the instructions on the screen.
